The Foundation
The Wasatch Community Foundation is a qualified non-profit association made up of citizens like you who want to make a positive difference in our valley. We encompass a variety of perspectives and areas of emphasis. The common thread, though, is clear: a commitment to be better.
The Vision
Strong schools. Expert health care. Unrivaled recreational resources. Exquisite art and stimulating entertainment. Residents of Wasatch County are not alone in desiring the best that life has to offer for themselves, their families, and their children. But people here seem to have an uncommon passion for excellence, an unwillingness to settle for average.
We know instinctively that our children must be challenged to excel. We feel as a community the need to nurture the aged, the infirm, the troubled and the homeless. We prize health, fitness, vigor and fun. We respect our local, national and international heritage, and treasure the lessons taught by great works of art. Above all, we know that a community cannot stand still, and we choose to be authors, not observers, of change in Wasatch County.
